I was born and raised in Tampa, FL. I came to Charlotte in 2006 and began attending South Eastern Institute of Neuromuscular Massage in 2008. I graduated in 2009 and became licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina as a massage therapist. I specialize in reflexology, sports massage, hot stone therapy, cupping, gua sha (myofascia scrapping), lymphatic drainage, structual intergration, kinesiology taping, kenetic chain pattern (muscle testing), neuromuscular therapy, frozen shoulder, tension headache, sciatica nerve syndrome, prenatal/pregnant/postpartom massage and plantar fascitis.
Massage
The client is massaged with special rocks and oils that have been heated to a theraputic tempature. The stones are placed on the client in a specific pattern that best achieves energy flow and relaxation. Once the rocks are placed, a traditional Swedish massage is given. Increases Range Of Motion, Speeds up Recovery Time, Increases Circulation, Helps Diminish Swelling, Increase’s Lymp Circulation. Increases Nutrient’s to the Muscular Tissue, Increased Joint Mobility, Relaxation for Tired Achy Muscles.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of massage that will encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart and is known for its light pressure to help restore a healthy immune system and eliminate toxins.
