I have been a personal trainer since 2013. As a personal trainer, I enjoyed the work, relationships I created and the ability to create my schedule. I graduated from NOVA Training Center in Annandale, Virginia, 2021. Since graduating, I hold several certificates: Headache andMigraines, Medical Massage, and CuppingTherapy to name a few. My background in sports medicine, has help me find my path in the Therapeutic Massage. I tend to deep tissue, myofascial work and Mobility movement in my practice. In my off time, I enjoy hanging with my wife and daughter, watch Futbol, grill and hang with friends.
Therapeutic Massage is a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage focusing on the troublesome areas that may need more specialized attention to relieve muscle tension and restore range of motion. During your Customized Therapeutic Massage session you will have the choice of an add-on treatment such as Cupping Therapy, Massage Gun, and Myofacial Release.
