Chris is a Registered Physiotherapist who earned his Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa in 2023. He previously completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Human Kinetics in 2018 and spent several years working as a physiotherapy assistant, where he developed a strong interest in using movement and exercise to drive recovery and performance. Chris works with individuals of all activity levels but has a particular interest in helping active individuals and athletes return to sport safely and perform at their best. Whether you’re dealing with a persistent injury or pushing to reach a new level in your training, he focuses on building strength, resilience, and confidence in movement. His approach is rooted in education and collaboration. Chris believes that understanding your injury and the “why” behind your program is key to achieving lasting results. He uses an evidence-informed approach that blends hands-on treatment with progressive, goal-oriented exercise programming tailored to each individual. Chris is fully bilingual and offers treatment in both English and French. Outside the clinic, he stays active through strength training, ball hockey, and flag football. He also enjoys movies and music in his downtime.
