Massage Therapy
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.*30 minutes is for a specific area, not a full body massage
Reflexology
Sessions begin with relaxing massage techniques and movement of joints. Direct pressure is then applied systematically over the entire foot or hand using specialized reflexology techniques.
