Dr. Lawrence graduated from CMCC in 2015 following a Human Kinetics degree from Guelph University. With a strong foundation in human movement and performance, she brings both clinical expertise and a practical understanding of how the body functions in everyday life and sport. Dr. Lawrence integrates her knowledge of movement and performance, orthopedic assessment skills and understanding of hormonal influences on tolerance, capacity and recovery into her clinical care. Her approach is comprehensive and individualized, blending chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue therapy and active rehabilitation. She focuses on how the body is functioning as a whole while also considering lifestyle, goals and long-term health. Whether you are managing pain or looking to optimize performance, care is tailored to meet you where you are at. Her philosophy center’s on getting to the root of the issue, rather than simply chasing symptoms.
