The First Visit Massage is an opportunity for you to get to know your massage therapist. During this session, your therapist will determine which massage therapy modalities will best support your needs moving forward. This service is offered at a discounted rate for first-time clients.

A very gentle, light massage, MLD helps direct lymphatic fluid toward the lymph nodes and the correct pathways for good drainage. Lymphatic fluid is a high protein fluid that moves throughout the body and is most accessible everywhere you see skin. MLD can be used in conjunction with treating Lymphedema, as well as to feel lighter, to help the immune system, to address insomnia, and many more uses. Everyone who lives has a lymphatic system, it is the compliment to our cardiovascular system!
