Using many different massage techniques my goal as a licensed massage therapist is to elevate my clients massage experience and help them find the healthiest and most mobile side of themselves. My base massage price includes many different styles of massage as they will work hand in hand with each other and we will more than likely use multiple different techniques to achieve client goals, relieve muscle tension, knots, trigger points, and perform injury recovery. As an LMT i strive to help clients realize they have everything they need to heal themselves physically and mentally, these tools are just here to help
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans waste, proteins, and dead cells faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells.
