Sage Walstra is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in 2024. Sage is passionate about supporting the well-being of others and deeply interested in the body’s function and capacity for improvement. She uses a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, and stretching to support pain management, injury recovery, and overall well-being. She takes a client-focused approach, creating a safe, supportive environment and tailoring each treatment to individual goals. Outside of the clinic, Sage enjoys traveling, hiking and exploring the outdoors, camping, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
NO WSBC Patients new to the clinic or Massage Therapy should book using this treatment option for their first visit. Clinic time includes: administration, assessment, evaluation, treatment and patient education.
