I am originally from Augusta, GA before deciding to move to this beautiful state of North Carolina. I have grown up in sports and athletics all my life and played four years of collegiate softball while studying Exercise Science. I received my Bachelor's and Masters in Exercise Science before deciding to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. I am a certified Massage therapist with certifications in Swedish massage and Neuromuscular trigger point therapy. I have a passion for learning and helping others and I enjoy working with people towards a treatment and/or pain relief goal. I am an avid Braves baseball fan and go to any games that I can. I enjoy a good pizza, a good hike, and good company.
