Marjorie graduated from West Coast Collage of Massage Therapy 3000 credit hour program in 2008. She moved from her hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba after graduating from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Applied Health degree. Her background in sports studies lead her to becoming a registered massage therapist. Her therapeutic approach to treatment focuses on the physical health and emotional support throughout the healing process. She incorporates a variety of modalities in her treatments to try and achieve both client and her therapeutical goals. Modalities such as and not limited to myofascial release, trigger point release, Swedish techniques, deep tissue, joint mobilization, passive stretching, remedial exercises, IASTM, hydrotherapy, and many more. She has found success in treating headaches, TMJ/TMD (jaw pain), adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), chronic pain, postural issues, upper & lower back pain, prenatal and postnatal massage, limited range of motion, MVA’s/Whiplash, and sport related injuries. When she’s not travelling the world with her husband. Marjorie enjoys being outdoors and being physically active. She’s an avid runner, practices yoga, and loves exploring local mountains by hiking.
