I am a massage therapist who never stops learning. It is the reason why my session is unique and enriched with my special touch; a result of all techniques that I have learned in my career. Massage
It is a combination of Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue to one area, to relieve stress, tension, pain and tightness . Arnica and ginger oils to release soreness and inflammation are used on this session. The client will be oriented to do stretches at home.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body. MLD is efficient on the faster recovery from injuries, reducing swelling. It's indicated before and post cosmetic and general surgeries to speed up recovery and decrease edema, bruises, fibrosis. Efficient to detox the body from all toxins and to boost immune system, it is recommended by doctors for immune system diseases ;Lymphedema: constipation; fatigue and anxiety.
