I have worked as a physiotherapist for over 18 years and have acquired multiple tools to help you in your recovery. I believe in a holistic hands-on approach of treatment that will be based on your unique needs and history. I have done extensive training in Connect Therapy TM and Thoracic Ring Approach TM, a true whole body approach. I am looking forward to helping you get back to enjoying life to its fullest and do what you enjoy doing the most.
For new patients, this will include a detailed assessment followed by a one-on-one treatment accustomed to your needs if time allows. The assessment is based on a holistic approach called The Connect Therapy Method. I recommend to book 1-2 follow up appointments (30-45 minute Subsequent Visit) to ensure you can start your treatment program in a timely manner. If these follow up appointments are not needed you can cancel them with the 24 hours notice to avoid a short notice cancellation fee.
