Brenda Howard has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO since 2015. Brenda is trained in Swedish Techniques, Fascial Release, Joint Play and Mobilization, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki and Pregnancy and Baby Massage. She is also trained in MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation) which is referred to as needleless Acupuncture which is highly effective for scar tissue release and chronic pain. Brenda moved to Belleville in 2019 to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law and “the twins” born in September 2018.
