I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015. During my treatments, I always try to get to our goal in the most efficient manner possible. I use a wide variety of techniques including deep tissue, PNF stretching, joint mobilizations, corrective exercises and more to help us reach our goal. I love educating my clients through our sessions and seeing the amazing results is the reason I do what I do.
