Courtney graduated in 2009 and found her path to massage therapy in a serendipitous way. Fascinated by the human body and its anatomy from a young age, her interest was sparked by watching Friends in high school. Inspired by Phoebe Buffays career as a massage therapist, she attended an open house at the CT Center for Massage Therapy at a friends suggestionand shes been in love with the field ever since. Courtneys passion lies in her clients. She values the relationships she builds and treasures the opportunity to meet interesting people from all walks of life. Her work allows her to make a positive impact, offering both physical relief and a greater sense of body awareness for her clients. Her goal with every massage is to tune in to what the body needs, ensuring each client feels heard, supported, and safe. She aims for her clients to leave every session feeling more grounded and relaxed than when they arrived. Courtney specializes in Deep Tissue Massage and Subtle Body Anatomy with a slow burn approach, taking her time to sink in and work deeply. She is committed to leading with a holistic, all-natural approach, emphasizing the importance of meeting the body where it is each day. Over the years, she has honed her skill in listening to the tissue and working with it, not against it. Her training in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage adds fluidity and grace to her technique. An active individual, Courtney has danced since childhood and practiced yoga for over a decade. She also teaches yoga and incorporates aerial arts like Aerial Yoga and Lyra into her movement practice. For Courtney, massage is more than a jobits a calling. She strives to share her love and knowledge of the human body with everyone she meets, helping clients embrace movement and holistic wellness in their lives.
