Alex graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in Ottawa in 2018. She grew up in the small town of Sturgeon Falls and moved back to the North Bay Area to launch her career. She was inspired to help others through therapeutic healing since she grew up around Massage Therapists and Health Care Practitioners. She believes in maintaining a balanced lifestyle through physical activity and nutrition. She loves problem-solving, especially when it comes to deciphering a client’s anatomical and physiological issues. She has expanded her skill set and is now offering Cupping Therapy and Cupping Massage to help clients regain their sense of wellness and productivity. Alex offre aussi ses services en français.
During initial appointment, there will be a 15 minute assessment/interview portion to allow for your therapist to go over any questions/concerns/tests prior to the first treatment to ensure proper treatment planning, this 15min is included in the total time scheduled in booking choice.
