Mallory is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018. Her treatments emphasize Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, complemented by gentle Myofascial Release and Swedish Massage. She works with clients of all ages and stages of life, offering a gentle and intuitive approach to care. Whether clients are recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, reducing stress, or seeking regular maintenance to support their overall health, Mallory strives to provide thoughtful treatments that promote healing, balance, and well-being. By creating a safe and calming environment, she encourages clients to become more present, aware, and connected to their bodies. Treatment’s are typically quiet, with discussion focused on the sensations and experiences arising during the session. Outside the treatment room, Mallory prioritizes her own self-care through massage, talk therapy, Kundalini yoga, and spending time in nature with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
