Elizabeth is a RMT at Unity Massage & Wellness Clinic She graduated in 2017 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in New Westminster. She focuses on therapeutic massage to help reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, and restore comfortable movement. Elizabeth commonly works with concerns such as neck and shoulder tension, low back discomfort, postural strain, headaches, and general muscular tightness from work, stress, or physical activity. Passionate about sports and human movement, Elizabeth focuses on identifying dysfunctional movement patterns that may contribute to pain or injury. Through detailed assessment and treatment, her goal is to identify and address the root cause of discomfort while helping clients better understand how their muscles and movement patterns support long-term recovery and performance. Elizabeth strives to create treatments that are both effective and supportive so clients leave feeling better in their bodies and able to return to their daily activities with greater comfort and ease.
