Parry is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College, Parry grew up competing in a variety of sports and developed a strong appreciation for rehabilitation, movement, and helping others achieve their health goals. His interest in massage therapy began through his own experiences with sports-related injuries, where he discovered the positive impact of effective treatment and recovery. Treatment Approach Parry's approach focuses on optimizing movement and helping the body function at its best, with individualized, patient-centered care tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. He draws from a combination of techniques, including: Myofascial release Swedish massage Trigger point therapy Passive stretching Through these methods, Parry helps patients improve mobility, reduce pain and tension, enhance recovery, and support overall well-being. Whether addressing muscular tension, supporting sports recovery, or working toward improved movement, he takes a collaborative approach and tailors each treatment to the patient's goals. His goal is to help patients move with greater ease and confidence, allowing their bodies to function the way they are intended to while supporting the activities that matter most to them. Outside the Clinic Parry enjoys staying active through volleyball, running, and weight training. He also loves travelling and exploring the food, cultures, and experiences that different parts of the world have to offer.
