Hello, Ashley here for your mind and body kneads. I have been a massage therapist since 2012. I worked on my own for a while, at the Heartland Spa in Gilman for 2 years until they closed and most recently at the Mettler center for 5 years until they decided to no longer have a massage therapy department. Which brought me here! I continue to learn and build my technique portfolio. A list of techniques I do: Swedish/relaxation, therapeutic/rehabilitation, sports, cupping, rock blades, reiki level 1&2, Craniosacral level 1, heated bamboo, aroma therapy, prenatal. I also offer chair massage in office for employee appreciation, Christmas parties, fundraisers and more With a pocket full of techniques, I am able to customize and tailor treatments for every person at every session.
