Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Sydney moved to the Okanagan to pursue a degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia. She quickly embraced the lifestyle and community here and has called Kelowna home ever since. With a strong background in kinesiology, she is passionate about the importance of movement and the impact it has on well-being. In addition to her role as a Kinesiologist, Sydney supports the clinic as part of the administrative team. She is dedicated to creating a warm and supportive space for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of the clinic, you can find Sydney at the lake, in a spin class, or spending time with her friends and family.

Kinesiology Initial Assessment - extended health clients - 60 min

A one-hour session with a registered Kinesiologist that will assess your fitness and goals. Depending on your needs, this may include Pilates or traditional exercise, or be a combination of both.
