Relax, rejuvenate and/or decrease pain with a full body massage session. Light to medium Swedish style for relaxation and reducing general muscle tension or Deep Tissue with moderate to firm pressure to target deeper muscles, fascia and tendons. Your therapist will focus on your individual goals each session.
