Brooke is a registered physiotherapist who completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Medical Sciences at Western University. Her interest in physiotherapy grew from seeing the close connection between movement and both physical and mental health. When working with clients, Brooke seeks to understand the forms of movement that are meaningful to each individual and how she can support them in achieving their goals. Brooke has a particular interest in supporting individuals living with persistent pain and lower or upper extremity musculoskeletal injuries. She enjoys helping people return to both sport and their day-to-day lives. Her approach to care is thoughtful and whole-person focused, combining movement, manual therapy, and education to support meaningful and lasting change. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys going to the gym, practising yoga, taking art classes, discovering good coffee, and trying new recipes. Overall, Brooke aims to create a welcoming and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their recovery.
