I’m passionate about helping people regain movement, strength, and confidence so they can return to the activities they love. Inspired by my grandmother’s recovery after a stroke, I take a personalized approach that blends evidence-based care with practical exercises that fit each person’s lifestyle. I have a special interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as rehabilitation after injury. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, and online gaming.
