Navjot is a registered physiotherapist in BC. She has completed Bachelors of Physiotherapy from India in 2012. She has work experience in a variety of clinical settings including Musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She strongly believes in an individual tailored program, helping her clients to achieve realistic goals using manual therapy and pain management techniques along with exercise prescription and patient education. She speaks fluent English, Hindi and Punjabi. In free time she enjoys travelling, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
