Hi, I’m Sarah, a licensed massage therapist with over 12 years of experience. I’ve always been drawn to alternative wellness, the power of human connection, and nervous system regulation stimming from my own human experiences with dysregulation. I believe in the power of energy work and aim to incorporate it into my practice as I grow. For now I'm focused on intentional touch and truly hearing each client so I'm able to meet their individual needs. Outside of massage, I’m passionate about my fur babies, movement, personal growth, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed, valued, and accepted. I value authenticity, open communication, and curiosity. I'm looking forward to learning, growing, and healing with you.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
