Hi, Im Sarah, a licensed massage therapist with over 12 years of experience. Ive always been drawn to alternative wellness, the power of human connection, and nervous system regulation stimming from my own human experiences with dysregulation. I believe in the power of energy work and aim to incorporate it into my practice as I grow. For now I'm focused on intentional touch and truly hearing each client so I'm able to meet their individual needs. Outside of massage, Im passionate about my fur babies, movement, personal growth, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed, valued, and accepted. Pressure ranges from light to deep depending on your comfort level and goals.
