Carla is a California-licensed acupuncturist who completed a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley. Clinical interests include stress regulation, hormonal health across all phases of life, and nutrition-informed care. Treatment focuses on concerns such as menstrual irregularities, PMS, fertility preparation, perimenopause, sleep disruption, fatigue, and tension related to chronic stress. Acupuncture is integrated with practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support sustainable improvements in overall health and wellbeing. Originally from Sydney and now based in San Francisco, Carla brings a grounded, practical approach to care and values helping patients make steady, lasting changes in how they feel day to day.
