As the Lead Registered Massage Therapist at Soul2Sole Duggan Massage & Wellness Clinic, I am passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and live with less pain. I believe that every treatment should be purposeful, individualized, and focused on achieving meaningful, lasting results. My areas of expertise include therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping therapy, and trigger point therapy. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, stress-related tension, and musculoskeletal dysfunction. I have experience supporting individuals recovering from slipped discs, hip and knee replacements, spinal fusions, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, and prenatal discomfort, as well as those managing fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, migraines, tension headaches, and TMJ dysfunction. Beyond treating clients, I am deeply committed to mentoring and supporting our team of therapists. As Lead RMT, I strive to foster a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, and compassionate care. I believe that by sharing knowledge, encouraging professional growth, and leading by example, we can consistently provide the highest standard of treatment for every client who walks through our doors. My mission is simple: to ensure every client leaves the clinic feeling a positive difference in their body, with greater comfort, improved mobility, and renewed confidence in their well-being.
