Born and raised in Dubuque, IA. Dr. Brian Regan is a 2018 Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate. Dr. Regan has a strong background in treating sports related injuries. Dr. Regan’s career in sports medicine began when he graduated from Clarke University with a degree in Athletic Training. Since 2011, he has worked with several high schools providing athletic training services. In 2012 he earned his masters degree in exercise science from Eastern Illinois University. Following Eastern Illinois University, Dr. Regan helped expand the athletic training services of a rural Southwest Wisconsin hospital from 2 local high schools to 7. Simultaneously, he helped design, program and operate a 2000 sq/ft sports performance facility. During his time at Palmer College he worked intensively with the men’s division I and women’s division II rugby teams providing athletic training services. In the fall of 2020 he completed and passed the coursework to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. Becoming the only Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician in the Tri-State area. In addition to being a chiropractor and athletic trainer, Dr. Regan is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dr. Regan utilizes gentle chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization techniques in conjunction with techniques from the Postural Restoration Institute to treat structural changes that occur in acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Regan’s goal with all of his patients is to help them live a vibrant life. Dr. Regan is experienced in treating the spine in addition to conditions of the feet, ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow and wrist. He also has a special interest in the acute management of concussion, helping athletes safely return to the sport they love.
