My passion for physiotherapy stemmed from some volunteering within a physiotherapy clinic and a love for sports. The ability to follow a client through the stages of recovery gives me joy and is one of my main motivators in being the best Physiotherapist I can be. I received my Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto following my Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Health from the same institution. My approach to your care is by applying tailor-made treatment plans to meet your needs. I treat this way because everyone’s body is unique and responds differently to courses of treatment. My treatments may include manual therapy, joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, dry needling, exercise prescription, and a heavy dose of education to help you understand your course of recovery. Personal Interests In my spare time, you can find me cheering on my favorite soccer team, Manchester United. I enjoy spending time with friends hiking, biking, playing competitive soccer, kayaking and playing basketball. I also enjoy volunteering in various different capacities.
