Tina’s compassionate and caring nature led her to become an RMT. She has a special interest in; chronic pain conditions, sports related injuries, and pre/post-natal care. She has completed continuing education courses in Dermoneuromodulation, Structural Integration, Myofascial techniques and Infant Massage. She is a strong supporter of promoting patient-centered care, and encourages her clients to be at the forefront of their recovery. Tina provides a safe and effective treatment by integrating researched based techniques to promote health and function. Modalities incorporated during a treatment may include: DNM, myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, and active and passive techniques. She also provides self-care recommendations such as stretching, strengthening and movement therapy. Tina finds balance through spending time with friends, family, sports, caring for the environment, travelling and helping others.
