Katie completed both her Bachelor of Kinesiology in Health and Wellness and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) at the University of Alberta. Her approach focuses on building strong relationships with patients through thoughtful listening, individualized care, and collaborative goal setting. She uses evidence-based treatment with an emphasis on education, exercise, manual therapy, and functional dry needling to help patients feel better, move with confidence, and achieve lasting results. In addition to treating the general population, Katie is also a certified Level One Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, supporting women experiencing incontinence and prolapse. Katie enjoys working with individuals of all backgrounds and activity levels and is committed to supporting patients throughout every stage of their recovery journey.
