Hi, I’m Briana! I’m a massage therapist with a deep passion for Eastern medicine and integrative bodywork. I studied at Pacific College of Health and Science, where I gained foundational knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) while working alongside acupuncturists and being a long-time TCM patient myself. My journey into holistic healing deepened through my ongoing studies in Ayurveda, and I am currently training to become a trauma-informed Ayurvedic wellness counselor. I had the privilege of studying Ayurvedic bodywork in India, and I love incorporating Eastern modalities into my practice alongside trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and breathwork. My sessions move between focused trigger point work and slow, deliberate flow — always guided by what the body is asking for. I also offer intraoral buccal massage for jaw tension, TMJ, and facial holding patterns. I believe that our fascia tells a story, and I am honored to assist clients in discovering greater ease, resilience, and balance in their bodies.
