I believe that one of the most valuable things we can offer another person is our full attention. Massage therapy creates a unique opportunity to slow down, listen, and provide connected care. My fascination with the relationship between mind and body has been one of the guiding forces behind my journey into massage therapy. Decades of sport, physical work, personal injuries, and countless hours as a patient have shaped both my appreciation for recovery and my belief that healing is about more than treating individual muscles or joints. My approach combines careful assessment with an intuitive, creative treatment style that adapts to each person. While pain may point us toward a shoulder or a back, that’s simply where we begin. I enjoy looking beyond the obvious, because understanding how your body has adapted over time often leads to more meaningful treatment. My goal is simple: that you leave each session feeling lighter, empowered, and genuinely cared for.
