Ingrid Stenersen is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 23 years of experience, dedicated to providing effective, personalized care. After becoming a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist in 2001 she graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2002, and completed CranioSacral Level 1 in 2025. Ingrid has worked with a wide range of clients–children, adults, athletes, and everyday individuals. Ingrid offers therapeutic, deep tissue or relaxation massage, tailoring each treatment to suit the individuals needs and preferences. With a thoughtful, client-centred approach, you will feel support in your recovery, pain reduction, and lasting feeling of well-being!
