Pinal Sheliya is a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals to reduce pain, restore function, and confidently return to the activities they enjoy. She provides personalized, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and recovery journey. Her approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, targeted movement, and patient education to support recovery, improve strength and mobility, and promote long-term well-being. Pinal believes in building trust through clear communication and working collaboratively with each patient throughout their rehabilitation journey. Pinal is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and create an environment where they feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey. Outside the clinic, Pinal enjoys travelling, watching movies, and continuously learning new techniques to enhance her clinical practice and provide the best possible care to her patients.
