Barbara (Babs) graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2024. She believes that everyone is an expert in their own body, so her role as a massage therapist is to bring her knowledge of anatomy, movement and hands-on treatment to help you reduce pain, improve comfortable and functional movement, promote relaxation, and feel more confident in your body. Babs works with clients using techniques that range from traditional, relaxation massage to more active techniques that involve movement, depending on their goals and preferences. She also has additional training in cupping and kinesiology taping, and may incorporate these approaches when they are useful for a client’s goals. Rather than relying on one treatment style, she likes to adapt each session to what the person in front of her needs that day.
