(she/her) Dr. Justine Landry was born and raised in Nova Scotia and graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She was always fascinated by the human body, and during her time at Dalhousie, she had the opportunity to do a placement with a chiropractor. She quickly realized this was the healthcare profession she wanted to pursue. She furthered her studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Landry also completed her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course during this time and received training in Mental Health First Aid. Dr. Landry has a special interest in treating headaches and neck pain, as well as low and mid-back pain and dysfunction, and peripheral nerve injuries such as sciatica. She is also very interested in women’s health including pre/post-natal care, and is a certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist through Bellies Inc. Dr. Landry is a certified Pilates instructor who focuses on core health during her classes to optimize core control and function. Through a detailed assessment and examination, she designs treatment plans tailored to each individual based on their unique findings and goals. Dr. Landry is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors. In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors and is trying to explore as much of Nova Scotia as she can as well as spending time with her family.
