Maria is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and a lifelong Richmond resident. Her love of boxing from a young age sparked her passion for exercise, movement, and helping others recover from musculoskeletal injuries. Maria has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, office workers, and individuals living with chronic conditions. She takes a personalized approach to treatment, combining Swedish massage techniques and trigger point therapy based on each client’s needs. Her goal is to help relieve musculoskeletal pain and tension, support healthy movement, and promote relaxation and stress management. She also provides practical home care recommendations to support progress between treatments. Maria strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where every client feels heard and comfortable. She believes in taking the time to understand each person’s concerns and working together to create a treatment plan that supports their individual goals.
