As a Registered Massage Therapist, she provides soft tissue treatments to reduce muscular tension, improve circulation, and support recovery. Her background in yoga informs her understanding of movement and posture, enhancing the safety and effectiveness of her treatments. Each approach can complement the others, and clients are invited to choose the path that best supports their recovery, well-being, and goals.
