This is my 9th year practicing massage therapy. I am passionate about helping my clients feel well and listen closely to their needs. I specialize in Myofascial Release which is a very slow, effective, researched based therapeutic massage modality. In addition to relaxing muscular tension, Myofascial Release focuses on restructuring the connective tissue to restore modibility and release long standing tension patterns that form in the body over time due to repetitive use, postural imbalance and injury. My technique works deep into the tissue but is also deeply relaxing, easing the body into release instead of forcing it. My practice includes Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Fascial Cupping, Sports Massage and Russian Massage. Some conditions treated include sciatica, low back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder, whiplash, plantar fasciatis, TMJ pain, headaches, postural imbalances, pre and post operation, scar tissue, general wellness and relaxation.
