About Ania Growing up, I dabbled in many different sports, focusing on volleyball and basketball. After sustaining my own injuries, I completed my rehabilitation at The Bridge, which introduced me to the world of physiotherapy and inspired me to pursue it as a career. I went on to graduate from the University of Alberta with both a Bachelor of Kinesiology (with Distinction) and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. My treatment style is guided by the latest evidence and focuses on therapeutic exercise, complemented by manual therapy. Through education and collaboration, I am committed to providing my patients with the tools they need to improve their quality of life and return to the activities they love. No matter who you are, I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals! When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me in the gym, watching sports, spending time with my dog, or exploring new restaurants and cafés in the city.
