Dr. Josh Websdale was born in Vancouver and raised in Saskatoon, where he developed a deep passion for sports and outdoor activities. Dr. Josh pursued his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan, where he also served as the captain of the U of S Huskie track and field team. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Josh attended the esteemed Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). During his time at CMCC, he worked as an exercise therapist and personal trainer, continuously challenging himself to expand his knowledge and skills. Dr. Josh enjoys an active lifestyle, including hiking, rock climbing, and disc golf. His dedication to physical activity and his personal experiences with sports-related injuries have fueled his commitment to chiropractic care. He believes in the importance of proactive treatment and lifestyle modification to enhance overall health and well-being. Dr. Josh is skilled in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including spinal manipulation, active care, myofascial release therapy, orthotics, bracing, and instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy. In addition, Dr. Josh provides acupuncture. He is passionate about helping a diverse range of patients achieve their health goals. As an outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Josh is excited to share his expertise with the adventurous Calgary community. His mission is to provide comprehensive care and educate his patients on maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
