Jasmine is a Licensed Massage Therapist with four years experience specializing in trigger point and myofascial release. She formerly performed in youth circus arts, coached and taught acrobatics for over 8 years. Jasmine went back to school to study massage therapy and learn about anatomy, kinesiology and how to utilize massage techniques to help others heal and become more in tune with their bodies. She now continues her education in massage therapy to help deepen her knowledge and provide natural healing to a wider variety of clients.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
