Being a Massage Therapist, it is rewarding to see that my client's body pain is relieved, de-stressed, relaxed and has a smile on his or her face. I listen to their needs at each session and make sure that I address their concerns. My goal is to give my best service to you. I received my diploma at Integrated Massage Therapy College and went to school as a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Previously at Elements Massage Oklahoma City and Stillwater Therapeutic Massage. I studied Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger-point, Hot stones, Reflexology, PNF Stretching, Pregnancy, NMT and Chair Massage.
Massage
Neuromuscular Therapy uses a variety of trigger point techniques to provide a deep and lasting relaxation of your muscular problems, relieving of pain as well. I incorporate of free hot stone and cupping as needed.
Lymphatic Drainage
The application of light, directed pressure serves to clear excess fluid and toxins in your face. Great for sinus problems, reduce swelling and puffiness to the face.
