Ella is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Mount Royal University’s 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma program. She has a particular interest in deep tissue work, sports recovery, and supporting clients with both acute and chronic concerns. Ella takes an evidence-informed, whole-body approach to treatment, looking beyond the area of discomfort to understand how the body is moving and functioning as a whole. Her treatments may incorporate fascial work, trigger point release, and both active and passive stretching, along with slow, focused work using her forearms and elbows to help restore movement and ease tension. Whether you’re looking to unwind and take some time for yourself or working through a persistent issue, Ella meets you where you’re at and tailors each treatment to your individual needs. She welcomes everyone to her table and aims to create a space where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported in their healing. When Ella isn't in the treatment room, you’ll most likely find her outside, whether that’s hiking, biking, skiing, climbing, surfing, or finding any excuse to soak up some sunshine. She loves staying active, trying new things, and spending time with family and friends.
