DR. KAYLA ENS Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Dr. Kayla Ens completed her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario with a concentration focus in Athletic Performance and Injury Management. She also served as the Athletic Trainer for the Laurier Varsity Cheer Team. In this role she treated onsite injuries during all practices and competitions including multiple concussions, knee injuries, facial injuries and back/neck compression injuries. Dr. Ens went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic at Northeast College of Health Sciences, graduating in 2024. Dr. Ens holds certifications in ART Spine Level 1, Myo-Matrix Release Technique Upper and Lower Extremity, McKenzie Method Part A, and Whole Foods Nutrition Certificate. Dr. Ens specializes in soft tissue techniques for many conditions such as neck, mid back and low back pain, sports injuries, headaches, shoulder injuries, TMJ disorders (jaw pain), and more. She utilizes soft tissue techniques, pelvic drop adjustments, along with traditional chiropractic adjustments to best help patients address their pain, move along their healing journey and prevent future injuries. Dr. Ens personally found this type of chiropractic care beneficial to her when she was a National Level Track Athlete growing up. Her goal is to provide the same care for others.
