Lael Has been a licensed massage therapist since 1984. Since 1994 she has concentrated her practice in sports, chiropractic, clinical massage, and spa settings. Pressure will vary from Light to Medium to Deep depending on your preferences and conditions. Available for 60 minute sessions, in general, with rare exceptions. Modalities: Orthopedic assessment and treatment, Injury Treatment, Myofacial Release (MFR), Neuromuscular techniques such as trigger point and tender point release, Sports conditioning, Pregnancy, Wellness and Relaxation.
