I am a therapist within the school of thought that the shape we spend most of our days in, is the shape our bodies will take on. Muscles shorten and tighten or lengthen and tighten to accommodate our daily activities often causing pain, discomfort and/or postural imbalances. Alongside effective bodywork, I value education and turning on the figurative light bulbs for those looking for answers on how to improve their quality of life. As a healer/empath, I became a Massage Therapist to help as many people with their pain and relaxation, as possible. I customize each massage to fit your needs and appreciate open communication about what you're feeling so that I can give you the best experience possible.
