About Dr. Sarah Engen, L.Ac, DCM, Dipl.Ac BCTMB Dr. Sarah Engen (she/her) is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Board-Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist with 18 years of experience specializing in athletic recovery and performance. She began her career as a professional sports massage therapist alongside elite athletes and cycling teams to refine her expertise in targeted recovery techniques. Over time, her passion for healing expanded, leading her to specialize in Traditional Chinese Medicine and more recently, microneedling, where she focuses on skin health and skin damage recovery. Dr. Engen earned her Doctorate in Chinese Medicine and Master’s in Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU) in Bloomington, MN. She has provided care in clinical settings like Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, St. Francis Hospital, Cerenity Senior Care, and NWHSU’s Human Performance Center. Her practice integrates evidence-based techniques with personalized care to support patients’ holistic health goals. 60min Extended Acupuncture

The 60min Extended Acupuncture session allows extra time for manual therapy for multiple areas including: Acupuncture Chinese Medical Massage (Tui Na) Fire cupping Gua sha (scraping) Basic herbal and/or food therapy. The scheduled length of the session is 60 minutes total including up to 40 minutes of hands-on time. [Insurance Eligible]
